Praise be to our Lord!
Adam and Eve were supposed to be the first Man and Woman created by our Lord. From there the descendants are arising through the lineage of Abraham to David to Jesus Christ. So in between how come people in India were created, who created us and we fall under whose lineage? Can we say that we don't have even a slightest connection with the People in the Garden of Eden?, if so then who created our fore fathers. Because old testament is all about Jews, Egyptians, so and so. Through History I can understand that Christianity came to India through St.Thomas Apostle. Before that who were we and who created us if we are not from Adam's family tree. Please throw some light!

Praise the lord. Everyone comes under Adam and eve. Is it true? If u r saying yes means. My point also will be correct. They were spread the whole world,after they can't follow the rules and regulation, which is practiced by their forefathers .,
What ever they like to have as a practice they had it that's all....
Slowly they forget what their forefathers thoughts to them......

Yep I too believe that we are from the descendants of Adam and Eve, but I am not convinced yet looking at the ethnicity of various people from various part of the world, like seeing all these caucasoid, mongoloid, australoid and negroid versions of human, it really baffles my belief.

@ashketchup: You are thinking in the right direction. Your doubts are genuine .You have just ignited the evolution theory within yourself . Sooner or later you are going to find some of the many contradictions built in the Holy Bible .

@udaya, I extremely sorry to pop your bubble about my journey brother, the thing is we knew that Tamil is one of the oldest of all the languages, it roots way back to BC, where sanga ezhakiyam, thirrukurral been composed and archived. So when exactly our connection with our fore fathers been lost..
It is just for curiosity sake I want to know, because I can't really ask these questions in church. It would be termed blasphemy.
Even if I don't get the answer I am not going to be worried, because Jesus Himself after His Ascension sent one of His very own disciples to our very own Tamil nadu. So even if we heard the first word about Our Father in the 1st Century A.D, I am happy atleat we did.
So friends please feel free to pool all your takes on Who we really are??

My understanding is ,OT Bible writers are unaware of the existence of other civilisation beyond Palestine . To them, the world means , what they see and access . Bible Creation account has been calculated to 6000 years approximately . It is impossible , such a large number of spices of mumals, plants etc were formed Within this short period.
Tamil is said to be the most ancient language known to the history .
கல் தோன்றி மண் தோன்றா காலத்தே முன் தோன்றி மூத்த தமிழ் . என்ற கூற்றுக்கு வரலாற்று ஆதாரங்கள் உள்ளது . ஆனால் ஏதேன் தோட்டம் இருந்ததற்கான ஆதாரங்கள் எதுவும் கிடையாது .
ஆகையால் , ஆதாமிலருந்துதான் வெள்ளையர் , ஆப்பிரிக்கர் , மங்கோலியர் , இந்தியர் (தமிழர் ) இன்ன பிறர் தோன்றினார்கள் என்ற கூற்று சற்றும் வலுவற்றது.
The answer to the question " who we really are " is , we (Tamils) are descendants of people who worshipped nature as their gods. There is no connection between Adam and us.

There were many languages in existence before Genesis 11.
Ref: Genesis 10:5, 20 ,31. .....But suddenly chapter 11verse1 says ,
"And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech."
It indicates either Bible contradicts itself , or , chapters mis-numbered.
I suggest the following , assuming Bible chapters are not chronological .
In the beginning ,there was earth. Then came the big flood. Then God started creation .
Just read this in the following order.

There may be a flood , but Nova's story is complete imagination . If we assume that Nova's story is true , then we are said to be decedents of Nova , not Adam . I doubt first man is Adam . GOD may have created man in another planet , world , galaxy , or in other part of the universe.
Final thought : If Genesis chapters 10, 11 are not in chronological order , as I mentioned above , then chances are that , the entire Bible chapters may have numbered erratically .

Bible order is correct.
Nova's life is not a story k. Its real one still we have the evidence for that.....search in Google about Nova's ark OK.

Bible contradictions start from Genesis chapter 1.
But I deliberately avoiding discussion on Bible contradictions , because it serves no purpose having debate with people possessing a mind set of " bible-is-right-because-it-says-so ".
Bible portrays GOD as a killer . You said you believe Bible 100%. So you believe GOD a killer.

Did Noah (noble man in the eyes of God) carry Adam's sin to corrupt the world again ?
Did GOD allowed the sin to be transported ? Then what's the purpose of destroying the world , when he already knows SIN will be there even after the destruction ?

Very weak reason .....I must say......Man himself is capable of reducing his own days.....Don't you see he further reduced it to 60-80 years , very easily ?
