DON'T SUFFER ALONE. SUFFER WITH CHRIST
2 Timothy 2:3 Like a good soldier of Christ Jesus, share in the hard times with us.
Isaiah 63:9 When they suffered, he (the LORD) suffered with them.
Hebrews 5:8-9 Jesus was God's Son. But by suffering he learned what it means to obey. In that way he was made perfect. Eternal salvation comes from him. He saves all those who obey him
Daniel 11:35 some of the wise people will suffer. They will be made pure in the fire. They will be made spotless until the time of the end. It will still come at God's appointment time.
1 Peter 4:12 Dear friends, don't be surprised by the painful suffering you are going through. Don't feel as if something strange were happening to you. Be joyful that you are taking part in Christ's suffering. Then you will be filled with joy when Christ returns in glory.
Isaiah 53:3 He knew all about sorrow and suffering.
Lamentations 3:31-33 The Lord doesn't turn his back on people forever. He might bring suffering. But he will also show loving concern. How great his faithful love is! He doesn't want to bring pain or suffering to people.
Psalms 10:14 God, you see trouble and sadness. You take note of it. You do something about it.
Psalm 31:7 I will be glad and full of joy because you (God) love me. You saw that I was hurting.. You took note of my great pain.
DEPEND ON GOD
2 Corinthians 1:8 We want you to know about the hard times we suffered...v9 that happened so that we would not depend on ourselves but on God.
Isaiah 30:15 You will find peace and rest when you turn away from your sins and depend on me (the LORD).
Philippians 4:13 I (Apostle Paul) can do everything by the power of Christ. He gives me strength.
2 Chronicles 15:17 he committed his whole life completely to the LORD.

Romans 12:2 Do not conform (to behave or think in a socially acceptable or expected way) any longer to the pattern of this world (Satan & his people), but be transformed by the renewing (new energy, new strength, or new enthusiasm) of your mind (new thoughts, new feelings, new perceptions, new motives, new desires, new memories, new ideas) Then you will be able to test and approve what Godís will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.
TO STRENGTHEN US AGAINST SATAN
2 Corinthians 2:11 We don't want Satan to outsmart us. We know how he does his evil work.
Romans 5:3-5 We are full of joy even when we suffer. We know that our suffering gives us the strength to go on. The strength to go on produces character. Character produces hope. And hope will never let us down.
James 1:2-4 My brothers and sisters, you will face all kinds of trouble. When you do think of it as pure joy. Your faith will be put to the test. You know that when that happens it will produce in you the strength to continue. The strength to keep going must be allowed to finish its work. Then you will have everything.
2 Peter 5:10 God always gives you all the grace you need. So you will only have to suffer for a little while. Then God himself will build you up again. He will make you strong and steady. And he has chosen you to share in his eternal glory because you belong to Christ.
TO KNOW OUR SIN
2 Corinthians 13:5 Take a good look at yourselves to see if you really are believers.
Galatians 6:4 Each one of you should but your actions to the test.
Job 13:9 Would it turn out well If he (God) looked you over carefully?
Exodus 16:4 Here is how I (The LORD) will put them to the test. I will see if they will follow my directions.
Jeremiah 9:7 the LORD who rules over all says, "I will put them through the fire to test them.
Exodus 20:20 God has come to put you to the test. He wants you to have respect for him. That will keep you from sinning.
2 Chronicles 32:31 Then God left him to put him to the test. He wanted to know everything that was in his heart (thoughts, memories, motives, ideas, perceptions, feelings, desires).
1 Corinthians 11:32-32 We should judge ourselves. Then we would not be found guilty. When the Lord judges us, he corrects us. Then we will not be judged along with the rest of the world.
DON'T LOSE HOPE
Luke 8:13 the ones who hear the message and receive it with joy. But they have not root. They believe for a while. But when they are put to the test they fall away from the faith.
Matthew 24:-10 many will turn away from their faith.
1 Timothy4:1 They will follow spirits that will fool them.
1 Timothy 4:1 follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons.
1 Timothy 5:15 In fact, some have already turned away to follow Satan.
Psalms 36:12 See how those who do evil have fallen! They are thrown down. They aren't able to get up..
Ephesians 6:13 So put on all of God's armor. Evil days will come. But you will be able to stand up to anything. And after you have done everything you can, you will still be standing.
1 Peter 1:7 Your troubles have come in order to prove that your faith is real. It is worth MORE THAN GOLD.
1 Peter 1:6 You may have had to suffer sadness in all kinds of trouble.
James 1:12 Blessed is the man who keeps on going when times are hard. After he has come through them, he will receive a crown. The crown is life itself. God has promised it to those who love him.
2 Corinthians 4:17-18, 5:1 Our troubles are small. They last only for a short time. But they are earning for us a glory that will last forever. It is greater than all our troubles. So we don't spend all our time looking at what we can see. Instead, we look at what we can't see. What can be seen lasts only for a short time. But what can't be seen last forever. We know that the earthly tent we live in will be destroyed. But we have a building in heaven that lasts forever.
1 Peter 1:8 Even though you have not seen him (Christ), you love him. Though you do not see him now, you believe in him.
John 15:10 If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Hebrew 12:7 Put up with hard times. God uses them to train...v11 No training seems pleasant at the time. In fact, it seems painful. But later on it produces a harvest of godliness and peace. It does that for those who are trained by it.
Acts 14:22 We must go through many hard times to enter God's kingdom.
1 Thessalonians 3:3-5 We sent him (Timothy, to give you strength and hope in your faith) so that no one would be upset by times of testing. You know very well that we have to go through them. In fact, when we were with you, we kept telling you that our enemies would make us suffer. As you know very well, it has turned out that way. That's the reason I sent someone to find out about your faith. I couldn't wait any longer. I was afraid that Satan might have tempted you in some way. Then our efforts would have been useless.
